closing personnel, paralegals and examiners handle a broad spectrum of
commercial transactions – from small business real estate loans to national and
international multi-site deals.
MST is authorized to issue title insurance directly in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky,
Florida and Tennessee. On a local and regional level, we write and issue title
insurance policies as an agent for seven different underwriters: Chicago Title
Insurance Company; Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company; First American Title
Insurance Company; Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation; Ohio Bar Title Insurance
Company; Old Republic National Title Insurance Company; and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
On a national and international level, we can provide title insurance policies
and services through our relationship with First American Title Insurance
Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.
