Wholly owned by the law firm Frost Brown Todd, our team of attorneys, paralegals, closing personnel and examiners focus entirely on commercial transactions.
We are licensed to issue title insurance directly in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. On a local and regional level, we write and issue title insurance policies as an agent for six different underwriters: Chicago Title Insurance Company; Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company; Fidelity National Title Insurance Company; First American Title Insurance Company; Old Republic National Title Insurance Company; and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Everyone truly works together as a team from start to finish, order entry to sending out final policies and will do what it takes to complete the transaction in a timely and efficient manner. With our combined experience and access to the law firm resources we are able to creatively resolve title issues to get the the closing table as quickly as possible.
